Instruction Guide

To our knowledge, Ski Wake Boats is the first supplier of Stage 1 & 2 kit boats that supplies an instruction guide to help customers to build their craft correctly. Fifty photos have been taken following a complete construction of a boat to illustrate the order of assembly and correct locations of the parts. Ski Wake Boats under-took developing this guide for two reasons.

The first was to help potential customers who had never built a kit boat before to understand that with reasonable handy-man skills, you can do it.

The second reason was that most customers at some stage called me and asked questions about where to place parts, like “how far from the bulkhead should the Soft Clutch lever go”?

This guide saves my customers time. The instruction guide also shows some tricks of the trade. For example one of the biggest things that worries customers is having to drill a hole in the new Fiberglass. Tips for doing this are illustrated and also tips to seal the fittings in correctly so they don’t leak!
